We are accelerating the transition to a sustainable built world, with a solution that is faster, more reliable, scalable and sustainable.
We have a real 'superpower' at our disposal, a unique software that connects and streamlines the process from start to finish, integrating all stakeholders from design to build. it enable us to:
  • Reduce carbon emissions
  • Reduce construction times
  • maintain cost and market competitiveness
  • Increase the value of the homes

What make us unique?

Imlpementation of the design & build system
Integration of all actors in the value chain
Prioritizing prefabrication and sustainability
Developing building solutions through meetings and processes
Ensure integrity and traceability of information

We want to help digitise the industry with our software

Technology is our superpower

Our software consists of a set of applications that integrate all the processes and people involved in Design & Build. We combine the development of our own software with the integration of existing standard applications. This allows us to maximise the automation of tasks and apply new working methods.

Designer toolkit

With an innovative vision focused on the building, people, and planet, we adapt to changing architectural priorities by integrating a catalogue of components and space typologies through our software. We guarantee a standardisation of spaces at a competitive cost through BIM methodology. This standardisation not only promotes the efficiency and feasibility of projects, but also ensures that the necessary architectural flexibility is maintained to meet the specific needs of each project without restrictions and to guarantee the best final aesthetics.

Builder

Our software integrates the Last Planner System methodology for a variety of construction projects, ensuring efficient execution in terms of time. It promotes collaborative relationships with subcontractors and facilitates planning throughout the construction process. The digitisation of the planning process ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the design, safely mitigating risk by reducing lead times and indirect costs.

We make design and build accesible and easy integrating a network of partners

As part of our commitment to drive sustainability and efficiency in the industry, we have developed software that enables our partners to offer and sell their products and services. We act as the fundamental link between the partner, the design and the final construction, ensuring optimum execution.

To this end, we have developed a range of components that are compatible and adaptable depending on the location, climate and project, integrating elements and services from different suppliers. These are made with healthy, sustainable and circular materials, all at competitive prices, facilitating and reducing construction time, waste and reworking, and offering a higher quality of construction and finish.

Our current catalogue includes, amongst other products:

  • Prefabricated facades
  • Prefabricated slabs
  • Prefabricated balconies
  • Prefabricated columns and beams
  • Industrialised partition walls with MEP boxes
  • Prefabricated bathrooms and HVAC ducts
  • Digitally automated joint and hardware system

We also offer a white paper with a selection of finishing materials to match the components.

Our partners:
Reynalco, tallfusta, saltar, bodelec

We have stored 4.546,750 tonnes of c02 emissions and continue to reduce them
