An intuitive digital dashboard, reminiscent of Post-it notes, designed to transition lean construction processes from the physical realm to a digital environment. Equip project teams with tools for swift simulation and refinement of building plans, including scenario visualization and indirect cost evaluation. Augmented with an AI-driven chatbot, our solution offers direct access to data and documents, promotes seamless collaboration, coordination and tracking across trades, and minimizes inefficiencies and waste. 011h Manifesto

We aim to prove that this new way of building is doable. We're starting by making net-zero construction viable, reliable, and scalable within a specific region and market segment. Then, we plan to reinvest our profits to replicate our model in other segments and regions. In the meantime, we'll gradually open up our digital stack, enabling anyone, anywhere, to build net-zero. Through this, we'll scale our positive impact and fulfill our mission of hastening the shift to a sustainable built environment.

We're already bringing the first phase of our manifesto to life, partnering with leading residential developers in the Spanish market like Aedas Homes, Culmia, and Renta Corporación, embarking on projects that represent a turning point in Spain's residential construction. We're also crafting social housing for Barcelona's Municipal Institute of Housing (IMHAB).

To this end, we've chosen and applied a building system based on prefabricated solutions utilizing circular, low-carbon materials such as mass timber, supported by a top-tier network of manufacturers and suppliers.

Our current catalog includes, but is not limited to:
